*यतोऽभ्युदयनि:श्रेयससिद्धिः स धर्मः।*

जिस कर्म से इहलौकिक (सृष्टि विद्या) यानि भौतिक उन्नति हो और पारलौकिक (आत्मविद्या) यानि आध्यात्मिक उन्नति हो, उसी कर्म को करने का नाम *धर्म* है।

The work which leads to material progress as well as spiritual progress is called 'Dharma' i.e. righteous conduct.

अर्थात् 

भौतिक यानि प्राकृतिक नियमों का पालन करना धर्म है ।

मानसिक और आत्मिक उन्नति करना आध्यात्म है।

i.e.

To obey the physical or natural laws is Dharma.

while

Spirituality is to make mental and spiritual progress.

*"प्रकृति के तीन नियम"* 

*"Three laws of Nature"*

1. प्रकृति का प्रथम नियम:-

यदि खेतों में बीज न डाला जाए तो प्रकृति उसे घास फूस और झाड़ियों से भर देती है। ठीक उसी प्रकार यदि दिमाग में अच्छे एवं सकारात्मक विचार न भरे जाएं तो बुरे एवं नकारात्मक विचार, उसमें अपनी जगह बना लेते हैं।

1. First law of Nature:

If the seeds are not planted in the fields, nature fills it with grass and bushes. Similarly, if good and positive thoughts are not filled in the mind, then bad and negative thoughts take their place in it.

2. प्रकृति का दूसरा नियम:-

जिसके पास जो होता है वो वही दूसरों को बाँटता है। जिसके पास सुख होता है, वो सुख बाँटता है। जिसके पास दुख होता है, वो दुख बाँटता है। जिसके पास ज्ञान होता है, वो ज्ञान बाँटता है। जिसके पास हास्य होता है, वो हास्य बाँटता है। जिसके पास क्रोध होता है, वो क्रोध बाँटता है। जिसके पास नफरत होती है, वो नफरत बाँटता है और जिसके पास भ्रम होता है, वो भ्रम फैलाता है।

2. Second Law of Nature:

What we have, distribute the same to others. The one who has happiness, shares happiness. The one who has sorrow, shares the sorrow. The one who has knowledge, shares the knowledge and the one who has humour, shares the humour. The one who has anger, shares the anger. The one who has hatred, spreads hatred and who has illusion, spreads illusion.

3. प्रकृति का तीसरा नियम:-

भोजन न पचने पर रोग बढ़ जाता है। ज्ञान न पचने पर दिखावा बढ़ जाता है। पैसा न पचने पर अनाचार बढ़ जाता है। प्रशंसा न पचने पर अहंकार बढ़ जाता है। सुख न पचने पर पाप बढ़ जाता है और सम्मान न पचने पर तमस बढ़ जाता है।

3. Third Law of Nature:

The disease worsens when food is not digested. Show off increases when knowledge is not digested. Misconduct increases when money is not digested. Arrogance grows when praise is not digested. Sin increases when happiness is not digested. Darkness and ignorance increases when respect is not digested.

"प्रकृति" अपने आप में एक विश्वविद्यालय है। हमें प्रकृति की विभिन्न सीखों को जीवन में उतार कर, अपने जीवन को खुशहाल, आनंदमय और श्रेष्ठ बनाने हेतु, सतत प्रतिबद्ध होना चाहिए।

"Nature" is a university in itself. We should be constantly committed to make our life happy, joyful and blessed by applying the various lessons of nature.
